Sales Assistant

We're looking for a motivated Sales Assistant to support the growth of our client base across IT consultancy, digital marketing and web platform services. Working directly with the Director, you'll identify new leads, manage client communications and help convert enquiries into long-term partnerships. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, client-facing role and wants to grow within a technology company serving the UK's hospitality and restaurant sector.

Essential requirements

Proven experience in a sales, business development or client-facing role
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Confident managing leads, follow-ups and CRM activity
Ability to understand and clearly articulate digital services
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
Familiarity with UK B2B or SME sales environments

Graphics & Web Designer

Creative & Digital Full-time, Permanent £28,000 – £34,000 p/a Advertised: 20 Dec 2025 – 30 Dec 2025
Position Filled

This role required a skilled designer with demonstrable experience in both print and digital outputs, proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, and working knowledge of HTML, CSS and CMS platforms including WordPress and Webflow. The role was advertised across three external channels before any candidate was selected or any sponsorship application was made.

Minimum 2 years' experience in graphic design and web design
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
Experience with HTML, CSS and CMS platforms (WordPress, Webflow)
Strong portfolio demonstrating both print and digital work
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Recruitment outcome: Role filled following open advertisement across three external channels (Indeed, Social Media, Company Website) and a structured interview process conducted on 16 January 2026. Seven applications were received; all candidates were assessed against the same published essential criteria. The successful candidate met all advertised requirements. Full recruitment records — including job advertisements, candidate outcome log, interview notes and the offer letter — are retained on file in line with sponsor licence obligations.
